Website Service Terms
These terms are an editable commercial starting point requiring legal review before use. They were not prepared by a lawyer and do not replace a signed client agreement.
Subscription and minimum term
Plans are billed monthly or annually and require a 12-month minimum commitment. Applicable taxes and clearly disclosed third-party fees are additional.
Included work and revisions
Each plan includes only the pages, features, revision rounds and update allowance stated in the accepted proposal. Additional work is quoted before it begins.
Customer-supplied content
The customer is responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights to all supplied copy, logos, photographs and other materials.
AI-assisted process
AI may assist research, drafting and production. Human review remains part of the service, and no OpenAI or ChatGPT partnership is implied.
Domain and third parties
The customer purchases and owns the domain separately and remains responsible for renewal. Booking, payment, analytics and other third-party services are subject to their own fees and terms.
Cancellation, transfer and buyout
Cancellation rights, notice, transfer assistance and any buyout amount must be set out in the signed agreement. A website transfer may exclude licensed systems or services that cannot legally be transferred.
No guarantees
The studio does not guarantee search position, traffic, leads, sales, revenue or uninterrupted third-party services.
Payment data
Payment-card information must be processed entirely through an established third-party payment provider and should not be collected directly by this website.
